This map shows the location of the Yurok Tribe. The image shows the tribes location near the ocean which feeds into a river where miners would travel in search for gold. The orange circle labeled 15 shows where the treaty made by Redick McKee was created. The treaty forced tribes to leave their land and move to an "Indian Reservation" where they were to taught the rules of civilization.
